The apartment is very modern and has a small balcony with an amazing city view. It is on the 15th floor of a 20-story building in total. It has been specially designed for AirBnb travelers so it has everything you need for your comfort, as if it were YOUR own home. It has high-speed Internet, more than 100 cable channels, free Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, towels, soap, etc. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and high quality bedding. Both the living room and the bedroom have a Full HD TV. The living room has a sofa bed. The apartment is perfect for a couple, business travelers, a small family with a child or three friends. The building has a rooftop pool (closed on monday and tuesday) and BBQ area with an incredible panoramic view of the entire city. It also has a business center, meditation room, movie theater, children's room and outdoor children's games.The use of the BBQ area has an additional cost and must be reserved in advance. To reserve the grill area a stay of at least 4 nights is required.The pool is free and is in maintenance on Mondays and Tuesdays.The pool must be reserved at reception as it has limited capacity. The building has a closed circuit of video surveillance cameras and 24 hour security, as well as elevators for your comfort.In case you need parking, it has an additional cost of 6 dollars per night.

The building is located in a strategic area, located in one of the main roads of Lima (Via Expresa) which gives you quick access to the main points of the city. It is 50 meters from Miraflores (tourist district), 10 minutes from Miraflores Center, 200 meters from San Isidro (financial district), 10 minutes from Barranco (bohemian district) and about 25 minutes from the historical center.Larcomar, a shopping center on top of the cliff of Miraflores with an amazing ocean view, is just about 12 minutes away.Barranco, a bohemian district and full of culture and night life, is just about 12 minutes away with taxi, so if you wish to have a drink with friends or try handcrafted beer in Barranco Beer Company or La Candelaria, this would be an ideal spot not very far away.The malecón, or the Miraflores boardwalk, is just about 15 minutes away, where many parks are in which you can walk, rest, do some paragliding, run, etc, or just sit down and watch the sunset.
